 * Strong hands-on Python development and production AI/ML engineering
 * Experience with Databricks and MLflow
 * Experience with RAG and LLM application architecture
 * Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and tool-based workflows
 * Experience with LLM/model evaluation frameworks
 * Experience building reusable AI accelerators, templates, components, and reference implementations
 * Understanding of AI Ops, model lifecycle, and production deployment
 * Strong ability to work directly with engineering teams and translate architecture into production solutions
