 * Demonstrated ownership of complex Salesforce development, integrations, and production support. Approximately six years of experience is a guide; relevant work and depth of ownership carry more weight than a specific tenure.
 * Experience integrating Salesforce with another system; no particular connected system is required.
 * Ability to troubleshoot independently and own support work through resolution in a fast-paced environment.
 * Clear communication with business stakeholders and technical colleagues.
 * Familiarity with GitHub or another mainstream source control tool.
 * Experience using AI-assisted coding agents, such as Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar to support coding work.

## Description

* Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Flows.
 * Investigate production issues, manage support tickets from diagnosis through validation, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
 * Develop and support integrations and data flows between Salesforce and other systems.
 * Design, document, test, and deliver new development and improvements to existing functionality.
 * Review application errors and performance information, resolve technical issues, and document code and key processes.
 * Collaborate with analysts, business users, and technical colleagues while managing work with minimal day-to-day direction.
