You should be comfortable moving between hands on product development and broader technical leadership, identifying common problems and turning them into solutions that create leverage across the organization. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals beyond the frontend, thoughtful technical judgment, and the ability to drive architecture and adoption across organizational boundaries.
