## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbar
 * Fundierte Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von Kubernetes-Plattformen, idealerweise mit Managed Kubernetes wie STACKIT SKE, AKS, EKS, GKE oder OpenShift
 * Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Cloud-Infrastrukturen, CI/CD, Container-Technologien, automatisierten Deployments sowie Infrastructure as Code und GitOps, z. B. Terraform, Argo CD, Helm oder Kustomize
 * Erfahrung mit Monitoring, Logging und Alerting sowie idealerweise mit dem Betrieb zentraler Plattform- und Datenservices wie PostgreSQL oder MongoDB
 * Gutes Verständnis für Kubernetes- und Cloud-Security, insbesondere IAM/RBAC, Network Policies, Secrets Management, TLS/Zertifikate, Container-/Image-Security, Audit Logging und Least-Privilege-Prinzipien
 * Erfahrung im strukturierten Troubleshooting komplexer Cloud- und Kubernetes-Umgebungen, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern
 * Eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, professionelle Betriebsstandards mitzugestalten und zu optimieren

 * Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung der Deployment- und Betriebsprozesse mit CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code und GitOps (z.B. Terraform und Argo CD)
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen Plattformbetriebs durch Monitoring, Logging und Alerting
 * Koordination und technische Unterstützung des Incident Managements
 * Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Security- und Compliance-Vorgaben, insbesondere in den Bereichen IAM und RBAC sowie DSGVO, ISO 27001 und C5
