 * Agile Arbeitsweise:Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Scrum, Kanban, Backlog Management sowie Tools wie Confluence und bringst Hands-On Experiencet in Softwareentwicklung, Softwarearchitektur oder vergleichbarem mit
 * Kommunikationsstark:Du kommunizierst klar mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern und bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit

## Description

Als Product Owner verantwortest du die Weiterentwicklung der TOUGH-Lernplattform - von Nutzerfeedback bis zum Release. Du übersetzt Geschäftsanforderungen in klare Entwicklungsaufträge und arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, QA und Content-Teams zusammen.

 * Produktverantwortung übernehmen:Du verantwortest den Product Backlog , priorisierst Features nac Business Value, Nutzerwert und Produktzielenh und entwickelst die Product Roadmap weiter
 * Anforderungen schärfen: User Stories, Epics und Akzeptanzkriterien
 * Agil steuern:Gemeinsam mit Tech Lead und Entwicklungsteam planst Du Sprints, Refinements und Reviews und sorgst für eine effiziente Umsetzung
 * Datenbasiert optimieren:Du analysierst Produktmetriken, Kundenfeedback und Nutzungsverhalten und leitest daraus kontinuierliche Verbesserungen für unsere B2B-SaaS-Plattform ab
