 * Eine PROSCI-Zertifizierung hast Du bereits erworben oder Du möchtest Dich im Bereich Change Management gezielt weiterentwickeln.
 * Sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch zu kommunizieren ist für Dich selbstverständlich. Mit Deinem professionellen Auftreten überzeugst Du Kunden und Stakeholder gleichermaßen.
 * Strukturiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten zeichnet Dich ebenso aus wie die notwendige Organisationsstärke, um Projekte erfolgreich voranzutreiben.
 * Mit Deiner offenen Persönlichkeit, Deinem Teamgeist und Deiner Beratungsmentalität schaffst Du Vertrauen und förderst die Akzeptanz von Veränderungen.
