Um eine solide Basis zu schaffen, erwirbst du zu Beginn deiner dreijährigen Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Digitalisierungsmanagement (w/m/d) grundlegende Fertigkeiten in den Bereichen IT-Support, Hard- und Softwareprodukte, Netzwerke, Server/Rechenzentrum und IT-Security sowie Grundkenntnisse verschiedener Programmiersprachen wie C# und ABAP. Parallel dazu durchläufst du kaufmännische Abteilungen wie Einkauf, Vertrieb, Finanzen und Personal. Du lernst, IT-Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung der kaufmännischen Anforderungen zu entwickeln, einzuführen und zu optimieren.
