## About the Role

Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung bis zu Releases, Changes und Ablösung. Du analysierst und priorisierst Business-Anforderungen , entwickelst daraus umsetzbare Lösungen und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Business, IT, Softwarepartnern und Stakeholdern . Du analysierst und behebst applikatorische Störungen und stellst einen zuverlässigen Betrieb sicher. Du erstellst Testkonzepte , definierst Testfälle, führst Tests durch und pflegst Betriebs-, Benutzer- und weitere Dokumentationen . Du arbeitest in Projekten und Change-Vorhaben mit, begleitest die Einführung neuer Funktionalitäten und sorgst für einen nachhaltigen Wissenstransfer. Qualifikationen: Höhere Ausbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Application Management, Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering oder Business Application Management, idealerweise im Finanz- oder Bankenumfeld. Fundierte Kenntnisse in BSI CX und BSI CRM
sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und Business-Applikationen; Finnova-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise , hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Erfahrung im Stakeholder- und Partnermanagement. Deutsch schriftlich sowie mündlich einwandfrei ; gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
