* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich
 * Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im DevOps- oder DevSecOps-Umfeld sowie im Software-Testing mit Unit-, System-, Integrations-, End-to-End- und Regressionstests
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, Cloud-Native-Technologien, API-Gateways, Service Meshes (z. B. Istio) und Authentifizierungsverfahren
 * Praxiserfahrung mit Automatisierungswerkzeugen, Infrastructure as Code und GitOps, beispielsweise GitLab CI, Terraform, Crossplane oder ArgoCD, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Git und Code Version Control
 * Gute Linux-Kenntnisse im professionellen Umfeld sowie Erfahrung in der agilen Softwareproduktentwicklung
 * Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)

## Description

* Auswahl, Integration und Bereitstellung von Tools und Plattformkomponenten innerhalb einer PaaS-Umgebung
 * Konzeption, Implementierung und Optimierung einer Kubernetes-basierten PaaS-/SaaS-Plattform mit hohem Automatisierungsgrad für Provisionierung und Deployment
 * Automatisierung der Bereitstellung containerisierter Plattformkomponenten durch CI/CD-Pipelines sowie den Einsatz von Infrastructure as Code und GitOps
 * Implementierung und Betrieb von Automatisierungslösungen mit GitLab CI, Terraform, Crossplane und ArgoCD
 * Aufbau, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung mehrerer PaaS-Instanzen auf Basis von Kubernetes
 * Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung von Unit-, System-, Integrations-, End-to-End- und Regressionstests zur Sicherstellung der Plattformqualität
