Verantwortung: Du realisierst Deployment-Projekte in Cloud- und On-Premise-Umgebungen für Workplace und Infrastruktur In dieser Rolle wartest und weiterentwickelst du bestehende Kundensysteme im KMU-Umfeld Als Senior ICT System Engineer unterstützt du den Service Desk im 2nd-Level-Support Du bewirtschaftest Dokumentationen und erstellst Konfigurationsanleitungen In dieser Rolle förderst du den Know-how-Transfer an deine Teamkolleginnen und Teamkollegen Qualifikationen: Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung als Informatikerin oder Informatiker EFZ, idealerweise mit fachspezifischer Weiterbildung HF oder FH Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung
