## Description

* Du betreust unser Vertriebssystem (CRM) in der Cloud und unterstützt dessen zuverlässigen Betrieb
 * Du begleitest Deployments von Updates und arbeitest an der Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben mit
 * Du sorgst dafür, dass das CRM-System und seine Schnittstellen zuverlässig funktionieren
 * Du analysierst Störungen und unterstützt bei deren Behebung; kleinere Bugfixes setzt du bei Bedarf selbst um
 * Du wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung unserer Anwendungen mit
 * Gemeinsam mit Business Analysts arbeitest du an Entwicklung, Tests sowie einer guten Release-Planung
 * Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest unsere IT-Landschaft aktiv mit
