Nice to haves: * Initial exposure to ticketing platforms like Jira Service Management. * Basic understanding of identity and access concepts (such as Okta or Active Directory). * Familiarity with or curiosity about manufacturing, lab, or cleanroom environments. * Basic knowledge of MDM tools such as Jamf or Omnissa Workspace ONE. ## Description Serving as an IT On-Site Support specialist, you will deliver direct, hands-on assistance to keep local team operations running smoothly. Working alongside a global IT team, you will manage local and global requests and route complex escalations to the appropriate team members., * Provide responsive, friendly first-line desktop and hands-on IT support for local and global staff across macOS, Windows, and Linux workstations. * Manage local mobile phone subscriptions. * Set up, deploy, and physically maintain laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers, and meeting room AV equipment. * Support basic day-to-day hardware maintenance, workstation setups, and physical network patching on the manufacturing floor. * Assist with user onboarding and offboarding by imaging laptops and provisioning standard accounts using checklists. * Triage, resolve, and document local support tickets within Jira Service Management, escalating complex network or infrastructure issues to senior specialists. * Maintain accurate local hardware inventory, track asset movement, and help keep site IT documentation up to date., Make the impossible possible: We set ambitious goals and stay calm under pressure.
