Manage onboarding/offboarding, access requests, and maintain Windows/macOS endpoints.Cloud & SaaS Administration: Assist with operational support in AWS (IAM, EC2, S3), Google Workspace, and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID (SSO, MFA, access controls).
Documentation: Create and maintain internal runbooks, user-facing knowledge base articles, and document recurring technical issues.ProfileExperience: 1-2 years in IT support, cloud operations, or systems administration.Remote Support: Proven experience assisting global users via ticketing systems, chat, and video calls.Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Windows and/or macOS environment support.Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, strong documentation habits, and a willingness to learn cloud and Linux systems.Communication: Fluent English is mandatory to support our international team.SkillsFamiliarity with AWS services, Google Admin Console, or Microsoft Entra ID.Basic Linux command-line experience (SSH, logs, permissions).
Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
