## Description

Sonora Quest Laboratories is seeking a Technical Coordinator, Chemistry to support our laboratory information systems and chemistry workflows. In this role, you will configure, monitor, and optimize chemistry instrumentation interfaces, validate software updates, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure accurate, timely results. You will collaborate with IT, lab staff, and vendors to implement enhancements, maintain data integrity, and support regulatory compliance. The role includes documenting procedures, training end users, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, innovative environment., * Configure and maintain chemistry analyzer interfaces with the laboratory information system (LIS).

 * Validate and document software and instrumentation changes to meet regulatory standards.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting chemistry workflows and data integrity.
 * Collaborate with IT, lab staff, and vendors to implement system enhancements.
 * Monitor system performance and quality metrics, recommending process improvements.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and job aids.
 * Train and support end users on system functionality and best practices.
 * Assist with change control, risk assessment, and compliance-related activities.
 * Participate in on-call or after-hours support as needed for critical systems.
 * Contribute to cross-functional projects to optimize lab efficiency and accuracy.
