By joining our team, you'll help improve healthcare operations and outcomes for patients., We're looking for a Senior Backend Software Developer with expertise in designing and maintaining scalable .NET applications. You'll lead technical projects, mentor team members, and lead architecture decisions to ensure our systems meet the reliability, and security. Experience with healthcare data standards such as EDI and HL7, as well as HIPAA compliance, is highly valued. You will report to the Software Engineering Director. Responsibilities * Lead design and architecture discussions for complex backend systems. * Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices in coding and testing. * Manage critical components of the application lifecycle, from design through deployment. * Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance. * Collaborate with product owners and partners to influence technical direction and ensure understanding of our goals. * Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and deployment strategies. * Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and technical design discussions. Testing and Tools * Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit and Moq. * Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia. * Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL database systems. * Familiarity with observability tools such as Dynatrace and Amazon CloudWatch. * Comfortable using Git for version control.
