## About the Role

* 2+ years of hands-on IT support or systems engineering experience.
 * Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualized environments.
 * Strong understanding of networking concepts including switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP.
 * Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Citrix, or similar technologies is a plus.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
 * Relevant certifications such as CCNA, AZ-104, Network+, or similar are preferred.

## Description

NetGain Technologies is looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you'll serve as an escalation resource for advanced client issues, working across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, networking, and security technologies to keep our clients productive and secure.

If you enjoy troubleshooting challenging issues, learning new technologies, and building strong client relationships, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

 * Serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 support technicians.
 * Provide remote and occasional onsite support to managed services clients.
 * Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, networking, backup, and security solutions.
 * Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, email systems, and core infrastructure services.
 * Document work accurately and communicate proactively with clients.
 * Deliver exceptional service while meeting client expectations and service level commitments.
 * Continuously expand your technical knowledge through training and certifications.
