Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including functions, pivot tables, and charting. Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, organization, and internal customer service skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing Microsoft Enterprise Agreements. Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud-service contracts. CSAM, CPSM, or a related procurement certification. ## Description Manage procurement and contracts for hardware, software, cloud services, maintenance agreements, and IT vendors. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, software licenses, service agreements, and renewals. Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, service, and business risk. Review software licensing terms, including open-source agreements, for compliance. Process purchase requisitions, capital expenditure requests, technology orders, and invoices. Maintain accurate records of contracts, software licenses, services, and annual maintenance agreements. Monitor vendor performance and resolve supplier-related issues. Support IT budgeting, forecasting, inventory audits, and financial tracking. Maintain procurement policies, procedures, and supporting documentation.
