 * Demonstrated experience supporting IT systems in healthcare or pharmacy environments, including implementing HIPAA compliance.
 * Expert troubleshooting skills across systems, networks, and applications
 * Experience supporting both on-site and remote users
 * Strong communication skills
 * Availability for 24x7 on-call support

## Description

You will also supervise and mentor a junior Helpdesk Technician to keep all IT functions running smoothly and securely.

This role is responsible for HIPAA compliance as it relates to IT systems, infrastructure, and technical safeguards, including the protection of electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI).

This is a full-time, onsite position based in our Culver City office and requires 24/7 on-call availability.

Technical Expertise Required

 * Hybrid Active Directory (on-prem + Azure AD / Entra ID)
 * Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 - Exchange, Azure / Entra ID (identity governance, conditional access, device compliance)
 * In-depth knowledge of on-premises Microsoft Server 2012+ DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory services
 * MDM solutions: Microsoft Intune and IBM MaaS360
 * RingCentral VOIP administration
 * Microsoft SQL Server management
 * Microsoft Hyper-V server management
 * Ubiquiti networking, firewall, camera and Wi-Fi equipment
 * Splashtop remote management tools and SentinelOne EDR
 * Implementation of encryption, MFA, logging, and monitoring tools
 * Expert-level experience administering, maintaining, and repairing laser and thermal printers and print servers
