You will act as a senior technical anchor-bridging day-to-day corporate IT operations with the advanced needs of our cross-continental engineering and operations teams. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical proficiency in modern Identity and Access Management (IAM), cloud-first fleet management (MDM), and enterprise networking, along with a forward-thinking mindset that leans heavily into automation and AI tools. How You Will Contribute * Infrastructure & Cloud Operations: Work with India and Finland IT team to Own, monitor, and scale Skylos global IT footprint across offices in the US, Finland, and India. Manage cloud productivity suites (Google Workspace/Enterprise) and essential SaaS tools (Slack, Jira/Confluence, GitHub, Zoom). * Identity & Fleet Management: Design and optimize role-based access controls (RBAC) and user lifecycle workflows via modern IAM platforms (e.g., Okta). Manage and secure a highly distributed, mixed-OS fleet (primarily macOS with some Windows) utilizing advanced MDM solutions (Jamf, Kandji, Intune). * Enterprise Networking: Implement and maintain robust, high-performance corporate office network infrastructure. Ensure maximum uptime and security using firewalls, VPNs, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), VLANs, and enterprise Wi-Fi 6 environments. * Security & Compliance Collaboration: Partner closely with our InfoSec and Network Engineering teams to enforce rigid security frameworks.
