Must-Have Qualifications

 * 5+ years of professional experience in web application development
 * Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred; Angular or Vue also considered)
 * Strong skills in TypeScript and JavaScript
 * Experience with CSS layout and preprocessors (e.g., Sass or Less)
 * Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL)
 * Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles
 * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
 * A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and continuous learning

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

 * Experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem
 * Knowledge of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
 * Familiarity with JavaScript bundlers (Webpack, Babel)
 * Exposure to telemetry, monitoring, and observability tools
 * Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., MUI)
 * Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright)
 * Understanding of microfrontend frameworks (e.g., Piral)
 * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
 * Background in developing enterprise or SaaS products

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

 * Designing and implementing new features using modern architectural patterns like microservices and microfrontends
 * Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues with persistence and creativity
 * Contributing to sprint planning and proactively removing blockers to meet delivery goals
 * Mentoring team members on best practices, new technologies, and architectural decisions
 * Driving continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and team collaboration
 * Championing clean code, usability, and performance in every solution you build
