 * Education: A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
 * Languages: Fluent English (written and verbal)

 * Own critical technical decisions, balancing engineering excellence with pragmatism to deliver high-quality solutions on time
 * Champion best practices in cloud-native development, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, and cybersecurity across the organization
 * Mentor and grow senior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
 * Bridge engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring technical direction aligns with organizational goals and delivers real impact for patients
 * Represent engineering in conversations with external partners and vendors, advocating for sound technical standards
