This role requires advanced technical expertise in server hardware, networking, cabling, and data center operations. The ideal candidate is a self-driven problem solver who can independently execute complex tasks, mentor junior technicians, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment., Install, configure, troubleshoot, and decommission enterprise server, storage, and network hardware. Perform advanced rack and stack activities, including rail installation, structured cabling, power distribution, and hardware integration. Diagnose and resolve hardware failures involving servers, GPUs, storage systems, networking equipment, and supporting infrastructure. Execute firmware updates, BIOS configuration changes, hardware replacements, and system validation. Support large-scale hardware deployments, refreshes, migrations, and expansion projects. Perform root cause analysis on infrastructure issues and implement corrective actions. Monitor data center health, environmental conditions, and equipment status using DCIM and monitoring tools. Follow established operational procedures, change management processes, and documentation standards. Collaborate with engineering, operations, networking, facilities, logistics, and vendor teams to resolve complex technical issues. Mentor L1 and L2 technicians by providing technical guidance, training, and escalation support. Ensure compliance with safety standards, ESD procedures, security policies, and operational best practices.
