## Description

We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to create and evaluate AI coding tasks involving bug fixing, feature development, code refactoring, and performance optimization.
No prior AI experience is required., * Create coding tasks and reproducible environments with reference solutions.

 * Debug and fix complex software issues.
 * Implement features and optimize existing code.
 * Refactor codebases for performance and maintainability.
 * Document technical solutions and reasoning.
 * Review and validate code submissions.
