## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent education, technical training, or directly related experience.

 * Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.

 * Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft based analytics tools.

 * Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, reporting layers, data quality, data governance, and KPI development.

 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.

 * Three to five years of experience in data validation, data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analyst role.

 * Experience with Microsoft SQL, Power BI, data warehousing, large datasets, KPI reporting, and business stakeholder support.

 * Banking, financial services, or regulated industry experience preferred.

 * Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure based data services, or modern analytics platforms preferred.

## Description

Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data driven decision making across banking, financial, operational, risk, and compliance functions. This role is ideal for a data professional who enjoys transforming complex information into meaningful insights, reports, dashboards, and scalable analytical solutions

What You'll do...

 * Analyze banking, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

 * Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs.

 * Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions using Power BI.

 * Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.

 * Support data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows using Microsoft data platforms.

 * Contribute to the development and support of a Microsoft based data warehouse and analytics environment.

 * Validate data accuracy and support enterprise data quality initiatives.

 * Document data definitions, business rules, reporting processes, and transformation logic.

 * Support regulatory, audit, and risk reporting requirements with reliable data assets.

 * Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable reporting solutions
