## Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with 8+ years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in Java, AWS and Python to support FINRA's AI Finance Readiness initiative.
This role focuses on improving finance and administrative processes through AI use-case discovery, proof-of-concepts and targeted implementations. The engineer will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and technical teams to evaluate opportunities across Workday Financials, FlexTrack and other finance platforms., Evaluate finance and administrative workflows to identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements.
Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and assess technical feasibility.
Develop proof-of-concepts and support pilot initiatives that may progress to production.
Assess whether AI capabilities or alternative workflow improvements provide the greatest business value.
Develop and integrate solutions using Java, AWS and Python.
Explore tools such as Claude, Amazon Bedrock and other LLM-based platforms.
Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on solution design and implementation.
Explain architectural choices, technical tradeoffs, risks and implementation approaches.
