This extends to television production requirements which occur at off-site locations or at other DOE headquarters facilities. The systems analyst provides set design, equipment staging and serves as editor in chief for all television post production products. The systems analyst operates a wide array of television production and post-production equipment and is proficient in the use of applicable professional software as directed for use by the DOE/HQ Office of Administration. The systems analyst provides documentation to support tracking and control of the utilization of DOE/HQ personnel, equipment, facility and supply resources which are required to support television production at DOE/HQ.
