## About the Role

Preferred

 * Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or similar technology experience.

 * Knowledge of data governance, identity, and security practices.
 * Experience working in prototype, pilot, or MVP environments.

## Description

The AI Solutions Engineer develops and implements practical AI solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and user experience. This role works with business teams to identify opportunities, build solutions, and drive adoption.

 * Identify and prioritize AI opportunities based on business value and feasibility.
 * Design and develop AI applications, document processing solutions, and workflow automations.
 * Build prototypes and MVPs to validate solutions and processes.
 * Integrate AI solutions with existing applications, data, and APIs.
 * Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, compliance, and data governance standards.
 * Partner with business, data, IT, and security teams to deliver solutions.
 * Support user training, rollout, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
 * Help scale successful AI solutions across the organization.
