## About the Role

* 11+ years of experience in network engineering/administration
 * Strong expertise in routing & switching (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, STP)
 * Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet devices
 * Solid understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security
 * Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
 * Basic exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
 * Working knowledge of scripting (Python/Bash) for automation is a plus
 * Basic understanding of QA/testing concepts (e.g., validating network changes, UAT support) - not deep QA expertise required
 * Excellent communication and documentation skills

## Description

We are looking for a seasoned Network Engineer with 11+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong core networking expertise, with working exposure to basic QA/testing concepts as a plus (not a primary requirement)., * Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routing, and switching infrastructure across enterprise environments

 * Manage and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
 * Implement and monitor network security protocols, VPNs, and firewall policies
 * Plan and execute network capacity upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery strategies
 * Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, PRTG, or similar
 * Configure and manage cloud networking components (AWS VPC, Azure VNet, or similar)
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (infra, security, application) to resolve connectivity and performance issues
 * Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and SOPs
 * Support basic validation/testing of network changes before production rollout (light QA involvement - not a dedicated testing role)
 * Provide L3 support and mentor junior network engineers
