## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a comparable degree in the Information Technology (IT) field.
 * Six (6) years of experience in Operations support.

Required Skills

 * Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
 * Working knowledge of using Power BI and SharePoint.

Desired Skills

 * Additional certifications in IT programs related to experience are preferred but not required.
 * Recommended certifications for the SQL database developer role are the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Data Platform or the Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional.
 * Experience writing functions and procedures in MS Access and Visual Basic is preferred.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting…, * Develop, test, maintain, and operate a database/spreadsheet to support CIDA case management, metrics, and reporting, and provide a matrix on the CIDA workload.
