Preferred Qualifications Experience managing programs involving one or more of the following: * Cybersecurity and DoD cybersecurity compliance * Cloud and hybrid infrastructure * DevSecOps and enterprise IT * AI/ML and data strategy * Enterprise architecture * Incident response ## Description Razor is seeking an experienced Senior IT Program Manager to provide overall leadership and management for a Department of Defense program supporting the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3). This designated Key Personnel position will serve as the primary point of contact for Government leadership and oversee program execution, contractor and subcontractor personnel, staffing, financial performance, and technical deliverables. The program supports enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud and hybrid architecture, DevSecOps, data strategy, AI/ML, and cybersecurity capabilities across DC3 facilities.
