Education and Experience Required: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Information Systems Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. * PMP/PMI certification preferred. * Typically 6-10 years experience as a program manager ## Description Provides support and/or leads teams through the product development lifecycle process and implementation of HPE Storage products. Projects are typically shorter-term, and less complex efforts with defined time frames. Programs are typically longer-term, focused efforts with defined deliverables and may span multiple functions, projects, and release activities across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, services, quality, product management, and go-to-market teams. Manages activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and cross-company communications to facilitate product delivery on schedule and within budget. Works with PMO management and cross-functional stakeholders to improve process and program efficiency. Work can involve external parties such as OEM partners, standards bodies, suppliers, and others. Management Level Definition: Contributions impact technical components of HPE products, solutions, or services regularly and sustainable. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex program and business issues, recommends alternatives where needed, and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Partners with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, services, quality, product management, and other functional and technical teams to drive Storage program execution, manage dependencies and risks, resolve schedule, readiness, and operational issues, support sustaining activities, and determine the best approach for achieving objectives through significant independent judgment.
