## Description

* Provides ongoing support for the functionality and efficiency of computer systems and networks
 * Performs maintenance and upgrade of networks including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and networks
 * Maintains network integrity and connectivity while ensuring compliance with policies and maintains system backup and recovery capability
 * Trains users, maintains, creates and deletes user accounts
 * Develops and enhances processes and technical documentation, creates back-up procedures, test plans, and reports
