Experience: * 10+ years designing user experiences for large-scale, enterprise applications. * Demonstrated experience performing comprehensive user research, including designing and delivering surveys, conducting user interviews, and compiling and analyzing data gained from these activities. * Demonstrated experience using design thinking methodologies, Agile concepts and practices, and product management principles to develop customer-focused software products. * Experience with visual and interaction design, specifically creating and implementing user interfaces based on user data gathering and analysis. Technical Skills: * Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, or Axure. * Strong knowledge of human-centered design, interaction design, and usability heuristics. * Understanding of accessibility principles and Section 508/WCAG compliance. * Ability to develop wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and annotated specifications. Security Clearance Level: * Ability to pass a security background check.
