Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programs in complex enterprise environments. Experience across multiple architecture domains, such as business, application, data, integration, and technology architecture. Experience with Application Portfolio Management and architecture repository management, preferably using LeanIX, with strong proficiency in LeanIX or comparable Enterprise Architecture tools. Experience working in global matrix organizations with distributed teams and stakeholders. Deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, methods, and standards such as TOGAF, and strong knowledge of architecture modeling, capability mapping, and target architecture definition. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand strategic business priorities.
