Preferred * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. * Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification. * Experience in software development-based enterprise environment and software delivery. * Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. ## Description * Joining our Product practice is not only a job, but a chance to grow your career. Once You Are Here, You Will: * Build business cases with our clients to prioritize features by understanding the client business, the market, and users. * Collaborate with the designers, architects, and engineers to iterate on the MVP scope. Work with senior product managers and business to translate roadmap into prioritized backlog. * Participate in planning and sprint sessions. Facilitate detailed product road mapping, release planning, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and demos. * Manage product backlog with well-refined user stories that are easy for the engineers to estimate. * Identify the audience, user groups, needs and feature requirements. Develop feature and user story requirements with acceptance criteria while acting as final release gatekeeper for new functionality. * Align user needs and business value while streamlining and championing delivery channels for product delivery.
