In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, integrity, availability, and performance of mission-critical SCADA and Operational Technology (OT) systems. You will serve as a technical resource supporting complex industrial environments where software applications, databases, servers, networks, industrial instrumentation, communications systems, and integrated operational technologies work together to support utility operations., * Administration, maintenance, monitoring, and support of SCADA, OT, and industrial control systems. * Database administration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and data integrity management. * Support and maintenance of Windows and Linux server environments, virtual infrastructure, and system services. * Management and troubleshooting of industrial and enterprise networking technologies, communications protocols, and connectivity between operational and business systems. * Configuration, implementation, and support of software applications, integrations, and data exchange interfaces. * System integration involving PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, historians, middleware, databases, and enterprise applications. * Development, modification, and support of scripts, automation solutions, and operational software applications. * Cybersecurity administration and compliance activities, including system hardening, patch management, access control, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation. * Troubleshooting complex issues across hardware, software, database, network, and application layers. * Planning, implementing, and supporting infrastructure upgrades, technology refreshes, and new system deployments. * Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and vendor partners to ensure reliable and secure operation of critical utility systems. * Maintaining technical documentation, system diagrams, standards, procedures, and disaster recovery processes.
