## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Analyst to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform while supporting system integration efforts. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system efficiency, with a preference for expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC). A strong business acumen along with the ability to translate in Salesforce is the key to success in this role., * Bachelor's degree required., * Experience as a Salesforce Analyst, with FSC experience preferred.

 * Familiarity with integration tools like Microsoft Power Automate or ETL processes.
 * Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
 * Experience with Tableau for data visualization is a plus.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Excellent communication skills to convey data-driven insights effectively.
 * Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

## Description

* Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user management, permissions, and data integrity.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues with reports, fields, and workflows.
 * Support the implementation of new Salesforce features and updates.
 * Collaborate with the Director of Data to optimize Salesforce usage across the organization.
 * Develop and maintain integration maps to define data flows and relationships between connected systems.
 * Collaborate with departmental teams to optimize Salesforce workflows and ensure seamless data integration.
 * Validate and reconcile data across integrated systems to ensure accuracy.
 * Identify opportunities for automation between systems and implement solutions to streamline business processes.
