Preferred * Automotive/vehicle development experience. * Experience supporting vehicle programs through production/OKTB. * Experience working with engineering, manufacturing plants, and vehicle line teams. * Experience tracking change metrics and program performance. ## Description We are seeking a Change Control Analyst to manage and coordinate engineering change activities for North American vehicle programs. The role will support the change process from Freeze Design Intent (FDJ) through OKTB, ensuring Engineering Change Requests (CRs) are accurately reviewed, approved, released, and implemented on schedule. The analyst will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, program management, finance, plant teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to maintain program timing, cost, and quality requirements.
