As Senior Director, Engineering - Advanced Deposition Systems, you will lead the engineering organization responsible for translating customer demand, product strategy, and manufacturing requirements into reliable, production-ready semiconductor equipment. Your decisions directly influence engineering capacity, product quality, customer satisfaction, and the speed at which Veeco can deliver critical systems to the market. You will unify Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Software Engineering teams around a common execution model while driving multiple product development, customer customization, qualification, and production initiatives simultaneously.
