Incorporate Claude Code, Gemini CLI, AI agents, MCP, and automation into structured engineering workflows while validating AI-generated output. Own delivery from planning through production, implement secure integrations and testing, document architectural decisions, troubleshoot systems, identify risks, and mentor engineers on responsible AI adoption., * We're looking for a Senior AI-Native Software Engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with genuinely AI-native development practices. * AI-assisted development isn't an experiment or a side project here.
