To learn more about the security clearance process please access this link Lyntris is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to provide both program management and IT systems analysis support to the NAVWAR Front Office. The selected candidate will report directly to the Chief of Staff and play a key role in the efficient management and execution of various program-related activities, as well as providing technical expertise in data systems and process automation. The role involves supporting strategic planning, tracking program processes, recommending improvements to business operations, and implementing tools to automate and visualize data and workflows using commercial best practices in government-provided IT solutions, such as FlankSpeed (Microsoft 365) or other application stacks. Duties and Responsibilities Program Management Support: * Prepare, update, and maintain documentation, reports, analyses, processes, surveys, metrics, briefings, data visualizations, and dashboards to ensure effective program management and communication. * Support strategic planning, process improvement, and communications to help drive alignment and efficiency within the organization. * Identify and implement activities to improve business operations and processes using best practices. * Review and recommend program and project management tools to streamline processes and enhance program performance. * Track the status of various program processes to ensure timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met. * Collect and route inputs (e.g., comments, proposed updates, and changes) for program documents, policies, instructions, and position papers. * Support special projects as assigned by the Government, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to manage competing priorities.
