Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with data governance, data governance frameworks, data policy, and policy documentation. * Advanced knowledge of business processes. * Strong understanding of PowerShell. Required Education/Certification Bachelor's degree in technical or business field. Years of experience may substitute for formal education. ## Description The purpose of this engagement is to obtain a qualified SharePoint Online Administrator to plan, design, administer, modernize, and optimize SCDMV's SharePoint Online sites, flows, and configuration. The SharePoint Online Administrator will merge SharePoint Online technical capabilities with SCDMV business goals and objectives to produce a platform for the agency to further its mission of delivering exceptional customer service and promoting effective and efficient business processes, professional employees, innovative technology, and strategic partnerships., The SharePoint Online Administrator will report to the Server Team Manager within the Server Team. The SharePoint Online Administrator will work with Server Team members, Business Unit Directors, Managers, and their staff. The SharePoint Online Administrator will provide both front-end support to all end users and collaborate with business units to enhance functionality, governance, user experience, advanced permissions, and operational efficiency. This includes designing and developing intranet solutions, including custom layouts, workflows, and automation. Strong UI/UX design skills and the ability to create user-friendly, accessible interfaces are needed. This role delivers modern, scalable solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate business processes, ensure secure and accessible systems, and enhance the SCDMV SharePoint Online tenant as new features become available and other features are deprecated.
