Experience using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and CloudWatch for production integration monitoring and support. 4. Experience supporting SFTP/PGP-based file integrations and coordinating reprocessing, backfill, and recovery activities. Communication Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. Documentation Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. Work Authorization Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for: 1. Monitor production integration environments, scheduled processing, system workflows, and operational activities to identify failures, performance issues, and potential service disruptions. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve integration incidents by analyzing system logs, validating configurations, identifying failure points, coordinating recovery activities, and escalating complex or systemic issues as appropriate. 3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to investigate cross-system issues, communicate status, support incident resolution, and maintain service-level expectations. 4.
