The Lead Tableau Developer is responsible for guiding the creation of visually compelling, data-driven solutions using Tableau. This role blends technical expertise in data visualization and business intelligence with leadership skills to manage projects, mentor staff, and align analytics objectives with organizational strategy, * Create complex Tableau dashboards and reports, optimize existing ones, and ensure accurate, user-friendly visualizations

 * Gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver actionable insights
 * Manage a team of developers/analysts, provide guidance on Tableau best practices, and foster continuous improvement
 * Optimize Tableau reports for speed, usability, and scalability
 * Establish and maintain data governance, visualization standards, and documentation
