minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required * Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics platforms (for example, Power BI, Tableau), data modeling, reporting automation, and business intelligence tools * Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into concise, actionable insights and executive-level communications that drive business outcomes * Proven success designing and implementing enterprise reporting strategies, KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance scorecards, using one or more of Copilot, Gemini, Claude Code, Lovable * Proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders, improving data governance and quality, and building scalable reporting capabilities in a matrixed organization * Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future;
