May instruct other technicians in problem diagnosis, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures, as well as provide network infrastructure support with a strong emphasis on data communication systems, mining technology, reliability, monitoring and production systems, network clients, 2-way radios, and others. * Provide second-level end-user support by responding to Help Desk requests, assisting users with common issues, and helping promote appropriate use of technology within company and IS policies. In this role * assist in troubleshooting to diagnose and correct mine technology problems and escalate more complex or advanced problems to senior staff or specialized teams to minimize downtime.
