The role combines product line strategy, P&L accountability, program execution, customer leadership, forecasting, and people leadership to deliver profitable growth and operational performance. The PLBM leads a cross-functional business team, serves as a key escalation point to division leadership, and develops strategic objectives for existing and future products, customers, and markets. SCOPE/SUPERVISION AND INTERACTION: __X__ Has Direct Reports ____ Does Not Have Direct Reports Leads direct reports that may include Product Line Managers, Program Managers, with dotted-line to supporting functions as applicable.
