## About the Role

* Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
 * Current Security+ certification required.
 * 2-5 years of experience supporting Windows Server administration, enterprise infrastructure, or IT operations environments.
 * Experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 administration and troubleshooting.
 * Knowledge of Windows patch management, IAVA remediation, STIG compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

## Description

* Perform Windows Server patching, IAVA vulnerability remediation, and security compliance activities.
 * Build, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
 * Support the full infrastructure lifecycle, including installation, administration, upgrades, monitoring, and decommissioning.
 * Conduct STIG remediation and support ongoing cybersecurity compliance requirements.
 * Troubleshoot operating system, infrastructure, patching, and application-related issues while improving reliability and performance.
 * Collaborate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors supporting enterprise systems and services.
 * Support an alternate schedule working afternoon/evening shifts Tuesday through Saturday.
