One day you're troubleshooting a system issue and keeping our teams moving; the next you're building a dashboard that changes how leadership sees the business. It's a role for someone who's equal parts problem-solver, builder, and translator - comfortable in the weeds of systems administration and just as at home turning messy data into a story leadership can act on.
