## About the Role

You must be a creative, hard-working engineer with a lot of initiative, who wants to work for a fun, progressive, and growing company., Past experience in the mil/aerospace industry is a plus., Minimum 5 years work experience and a demonstrated proficiency in using AutoCAD.
Familiar with ASME Y14.5 AND ASME Y14.100 Dimensioning, Tolerancing and Engineering Drawing practices.
Should have experience in 2D design of metal panels, enclosures, and miscellaneous brackets, accessories, custom mounting arms, etc.
This includes the pre-design research, actual design, hardware and material selection, interface with the various metal fabrication shops, inspection, etc.
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, redlines, EOs, ECNs, ECRs

Must have the ability to multi-task and work within deadlines, Job Description: Responsible for the design of ATE, ITAs, Harness, and simple PCBs. In charge of requirements definition and customer support. Knowledge of RF and FPGA is a plus. Military or aerospace background is an advantage.

Must be familiar with data acquisition systems, ATE architecture, signal conditioning, Electronics & PWB Design, Digital and Analog Design . Proven past record with NI or Keysight products is an advantage.

Familiarity with hardware such as PXI, cRIO, Spectrum Analyzer, Network analyzer, DMM, and oscilloscope, is an advantage.

Location : Santa Ana, CA (WinSoft Headquarters)

Requirements: BSEE/MSEE & 5+ years of related experience in test system hardware development.
US citizenship is required., * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or One year certificate from college or technical school

 * 2+ years' experience in soldering and cable/harnesses fabrication, use basic hand tools, crimp tools, and soldering irons.
 * Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
 * Strong attention to detail and highly organized
 * Knowledge and Understanding of IPC-A-620 Wire and Cable Requirements
 * Knowledge and Understanding of J-STD-001 Soldering Requirements and NASA Cable Harness is a plus.
 * US citizenship is required., Job Description: Responsible for LabVIEW development including LabVIEW Real Time, requirements definition and customer support. Knowledge of NI LabVIEW FPGA is a plus.

Must be familiar with data acquisition systems, instrument control and definition/ implementation of control interfaces to hardware.

Proven past record with NI or Keysight products is a must.

Familiarity with instrument control via GPIB, USB, MXI, RS-232 is a must.

## Description

* Perform electro-mechanical assembly involving wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assemblies of various complexity, in an ESD environment.
 * Work to specified tolerances from drawings, wire lists, parts lists, engineering schematics and engineering instructions/change-orders.
 * Ability to use a variety of hand crimpers, wire strippers, torque screwdrivers and soldering irons
 * Perform continuity tests on harnesses and subassemblies
